always some bloody indian with a name like mike or David smith. claiming to be talk talk tech dept. ask you to type windows key and the r key. and type a code into dialogue box. basically they are scammers trying to gain access to your computer.

Called 3 times today Fri 27 Jan 2017 at 10.55am, 12.02pm and 1.02pm. When answered the phone there was no-one there. Talk Talk scam.

02125647896 definately a scam, Talktalk had a large number of customers data stolen and I fell for it giving them remote access to my computer, I had to inform Bank cancel credit cards etc. They acually had my account details, remember Talktalk will never
