how stupid people must be, to think its a scam? It is automatic message sent after activation of your sim-card! Same thing you will meet in every country

Same as everyone else. first message says operator will send message to configure my mobile, then another one 5 minutes later saying it has been configured.
No idea who this is but I have no intention of texting them back
