an Asian guy phoned from this number supposedly from BT technical saying, they were getting warning messages from my internet router and i needed to switch it off then on again so he could install new commands then wanted me to switch my computer on. I ch

Called at 11.49am. Said from Microsoft Windows Claiming that there was a potential problem and danger from harmful files . Accent Asian - clearly reading from a script. Challeneged and then caller hung up.

Called at 8.30am, no one spoke. Why do we pick up the phone when we do not recognise the callers number? Just let it ring and if it is a genuine call they will leave a message.
