They ring an old women with dementia she put the phone down they rung back wife answered he then started to swear and asked if my wife wanted a black man but very crude

I am waiting for a hospital call and I nearly fell down stairs rushing to answer this. It went to answerphone and hung up. So bloody annoying.

And another 09:50 - When I mentioned this was such a call the operator ended the call. You know, you try and phone BT to see what they are doing but you just get put on hold. Ofcom where are you?

It's difficult to do this because there are hundreds of comments a day.
