This number called me today at 14.50pm, they said my name and that I might be paying to much council tax and they could check this out for me, when I told her I was no longer at that address she hung up. Is there no way that we could be safeguarded agains

Called up stating I'd been in an accident. Couldn't s him from talking so I said "hang on mate". I then got a mouth full of abuse. I'm sure they're just a bunch of cowboys. Keep clear.
