Aggressive rude, pretending to be from BT about an account review, speaks over you & when you ask questions they hang up ! AVOID

Called out offices and said our BT account was up for review. Wasn't at all upfront about not being from BT. Actually our phone lines aren't even with BT at the minute which obviously gave the game away.
