This is a SCAM! The woman claimed to be from BT said I had multiple problems with broadband and wanted to link up with my computer to download software in which I would have to pay for to correct my multiple issues!!! £150.00+ Please be aware! Very conv

Asian woman claiming to be from BT. Had very heavy accent and was in a very loud office or call centre. She was claiming that our broadband had a lot of faults on it and asking me to go online on my lap so that she could show me! I left the call there

Claim to be from BT! SCAM! They say you have multiple issues with broadband. Link up to lap and charge you for software they download! €150.00+ these are very convincing people if you don't know about Broadband or computers!! Don't answer the call!
