I have been billed £2-11 for a 46sec call that I know I didn't make... I do not use my bt phone for outgoing calls so this must have been charged for me answering a call!!

Me too. I have been charged twice for two 44 sec calls I did not make at £2.11 on my sky bill. So annoying and dishonest.

Came up in my sky phone charged call list. Seems to be a premium number that has cost me £2:12 plus VAT resulting in £3:84 for a 38 second call. How the call was made no one knows but I suspect they called us and someone returned the call to see who it wa
